The assessment, conducted by Bowen National Research, highlights shortages in both rental and for-sale homes, with many households facing affordability challenges. Recommendations include expanding affordable housing, updating zoning codes, and forming a housing committee to guide policy and development. Without action, limited availability and rising costs could hinder future growth.
